The natural reaction is to hate malicious and obnoxious people. People who’ve hurt us in the past.

But that’s playing right into their arms.

Lock in.

Your aim should be to move with pure rhythm — lofty goals, wise decisions and effective actions, always.

Nobility, thinking highly of yourself — your essence a blessing to others, duty sacred, troubles as mere slights, and glory as destined, is how you become a force that others admire and envy.

You don’t have to be an aristocrat or rich to embrace this kingly majesty.

It’s all in how you think.

Being high-minded is the ultimate alchemy. It’s your natural born right.

Tell yourself you’re feeding your ambition by controlling yourself.

Think of how strong, loved, respected and powerful you could become through that practice. How much more wealth an…
