if we’re willing, there is so much to be gkeaned through grief. Presence, emotional resiliency and the language of emotions; my intuition turned on when my mom died over 30 years ago. And when my dad died three years ago, it was an opportunity to recalibrate and break patterns that no longer were serving me or my highest self
This has been the best thing that came out of me from my grief. Becoming more intentional in life and in love. Embracing empathy as deeply powerful and moving. We cannot change what has happened and i know it's the worst feeling of all but we can transform grief into something more powerful.
😓😭

Some losses don’t resolve. They integrate. You don’t “get over it” like a cold—you learn how to carry it.
If you’re grieving, give yourself permission to be slower and softer. You’re not broken. You’re adapting.
