I like this post, so much wisdom once again! People should read every word, slowly and take it to heart. It is so true that how we approach challenges makes a difference in how we experience life. You say consider your mindset, "f you frame challenges as unfair, you weaken yourself; if you see them as training, you grow stronger." So true! Also the mortality reminder is important, so many are afraid to think about death, which is so naive, we all die, so enjoy each moment, fill your life full of nows! All we have is now, so live them, don't let them slip away into mindlessness. Thank you for sharing your wisdom!
Truth. If you keep complaining about unfairness, even if it’s true, you stay weak and childish. When you adapt to what can’t be changed, you grow more mature. When you confront and challenge what actually can be changed, you grow stronger. When you remove and replace people and things that don’t help you, you’re at another level.
And even better: When you are prepared to face misfortune, it’s not really that unfortunate.

Thanks a good read. I always say we know what’s to come. Especially with aging and change being a constant.
